Twin Peaks is the second live album by American hard rock band Mountain. Released in February 1974 by Columbia and Windfall Records, it contains recordings from the band's performance at Koseinenkin Hall in Osaka, Japan on August 30, 1973. The album was produced by the band's bassist and second vocalist Felix Pappalardi, while the artwork was created by his wife and collaborator Gail Collins. It was Mountain's first release since returning after a year-long hiatus.

Soundtrack from Twin Peaks (also known as Music from Twin Peaks) is a soundtrack album by American composer Angelo Badalamenti. It was released on September 11, 1990, by Warner Bros. Records and is the official soundtrack to the television series Twin Peaks (1990–1991). Though mostly instrumental, three tracks feature vocals by Julee Cruise. The series' co-creator David Lynch produced the album alongside Badalamenti and wrote lyrics for several tracks, including the series' theme song "Falling".

It’s difficult to overstate the cultural impact of Twin Peaks 25 years ago. Transferring his art-house cinema ethic to the small screen, David Lynch’s cerebral, surrealist murder mystery series towered like a desert skyscraper over the wastelands of mainstream US TV drama. A large part of the series’ appeal lay in the hypnotic, spectral soundtrack that won a Grammy for its composer, Angelo Badalamenti  . serenaisonline Just the right amount of noisy and freaky. TMac I already loved the Twin Peaks soundtrack, so when I heard that an experimental group was covering it I had to check it out.

Recorded in Osaka, Japan, in 1973, Twin Peaks was Mountain's second consecutive live album (with The Best of Mountain compilation between them), albeit featuring the re-formed, somewhat reconfigured version of the group, consisting of Leslie West (guitar, vocals), Felix Pappalardi (bass, vocals), Bob Mann (guitar, keyboards), and Allan Schwartzberg (drums).

Fantastic album! Every song played in the Roadhouse from Twin Peaks: The Return. Includes additional vocal tracks from the series. The only track which I thought should've been included in this is David Lynch's remix of American Woman, but this is on the Twin Peaks: The Return original score soundtrack.
